About our Meetings
We aim to make our meetings fun, productive, and rewarding! Our main monthly meetings usually take place the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the Courtyard Marriott in Clifton Park, NY, be sure to check out our events calendar to confirm dates and pre-register. All meetings include free light appetizers and a cash bar.

6:00-6:30 Sign-in and open networking

6:30-7:00 Deal sharing, quick tips, legal updates, new member intros, sponsor recognition, CRREIA updates
Grab a seat and listen closely as members pitch their best off-market deals, new members introduce themselves, and select sponsors make their best 60-second elevator pitches. Also learn the latest news of importance to local investors like local legislation, quick tips, and any CRREIA updates. |
7:00-7:30 Speaker Presentation or Q&A with Panel of Experts

7:30-9:00 Open networking
