CRREIA Founders
The Capital Region REIA was founded in 2022 by local real estate investors Allison Keib and Ryan Vienneau to create an environment where like-minded investors, business owners, and vendors could connect to help grow one another's businesses and real estate portfolios.
Allison Keib
Allison Keib owns Keib Capital Enterprises LLC, a real estate investment company which currently owns 34 residential rental units in the greater New York Capital Region. Alli more recently founded the Property Management entity Keib Capital Property Group LLC in 2023 to manage her rentals. Alli led a networking group of real estate investors and professionals in Saratoga Springs for over 2 years prior to co-founding CRREIA.
Alli has a background in the financial services industry. Prior to her real estate career, she worked as Director & Chief of Staff of U.S. Life and Retirement for AXA in New York City, and then as Wealth Strategies Director for the Goldman Sachs company, AYCO in Albany NY. She holds a BA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Ryan Vienneau
Ryan Vienneau is President of Veno Properties LLC, a full-service, NYS licensed property management company and real estate brokerage serving the NY Capital Region. Veno Properties was founded in 2017 and manages hundreds of residential and commercial rentals on behalf of clients.
Ryan is also managing member of Veno Holdings LLC which invests in rental properties and currently owns 28 rental units in the Capital Region.
Ryan is a licensed NYS Realtor, a member of the Greater Capital Area Realtor’s Association (GCAR), and a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Ryan is also co-chair of the legislative committee of the APTS of NY landlord association, working closely with state lobbyists and local legislators to influence NYS landlord/tenant law, and has been featured in the New York Times, Albany Business Review, and multiple news channels as an expert in landlord/tenant matters in NYS. Ryan holds a B.S. degree in Business from SUNY.
