Jeff Buell needs little introduction as one of the the principals of Redburn Development Partners, the largest commercial real estate developer in the Capital Region for multiple years running. Redburn specializes in redeveloping historic, blighted properties into large residential and commercial rentals, and most recently acquired the infamous Central Warehouse in Albany, the enormous concrete eyesore on I-787 with plans to invest upwards of $100M to redevelop the long-abandoned property. Redburn developed over 627,500 square feet in 2021, over 300,000 in 2020, and was voted as Developer of the Year for 2022 by the Albany Business Review.
